In between all the madness that was the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who, which we have to admit was pretty good, the BBC decided to slip in some trailers for not one, but two of their shows.
The first trailer that made its debut was the second trailer for Sherlock. Sherlockians have been waiting for almost a year for the new season, but come on people, we all know that Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman have been hard at work on some of your favorite movies, does The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug ring a bell?
Anyways, the 30 second sneak peek doesn’t give much information, except for what we already know; #sherlocklives. Now for how our favorite detective escaped unharmed following his fall, that’s something that should be answered this season. We think Molly had something to do with it, don’t you?
Check out the trailer for that here:
The other show that got their own trailer during the second airing of The Day of the Doctor was the surprise scientific show, Orphan Black.
Just like Sherlock, the trailer for the crazy clone oriented show does not give us much information, if any, but it does give fans something that they have been looking for since it was announced that the show won’t be returning until Spring 2014; a specific return date.
Maybe now we could find out who the original of the clone club is and what happened to Kira and Mrs. S.
