Winners List: Grammy Awards 2018 (Live Updating)

The 60th annual Grammy Awards are currently in effect which means that throughout the show we will get a slew of performances and winner announcements.

This year not only marks the 60th incarnation of the annual awards show, it also marks the first time that the show will be held at Madison Square Gardens in New York City since 2003. For the past 15 years, the show has taken place at Staples Center in Los Angeles.

American Music Award Winners List

Another Sunday night, another music award show has called it a day. The American Music Awards which was hosted by “Fireball” head honcho Pitbull gave us performances from some of the biggest names in music at the moment including Selena Gomez performing her new song “The Heart Wants What it Wants,” Taylor Swift opening with “Blank Space,” Fergie returning to the music world with “LA Love” and our personal favorites, 5 Seconds of Summer covering The Romantics’ hit “What I Like About You.”

2013 American Music Award Winners

The American Music Awards has now marked the beginning of award season especially for music and anything that is fans get the opportunity to vote on like the upcoming People’s Choice Awards.

The show was hosted by Mr. Worldwide himself, Pitbull, who did a pretty decent job for himself because let’s be honest, just because you’re a rapper doesn’t mean quit your day job to become an awards’ host. He also got the chance to hit the stage with our favorite dirty glittery singer, Ke$ha on their new song, “Timber.”

But with all the performance which included Katy Perry getting in touch with her inner Geisha in “Unconditionally,” Imagine Dragons literally banging out a combination of “Demons” and “Radioactive,” Lady Gaga and R. Kelly having a presidential affair with “Do What U Want” and many more, they did manage to give out several awards in the process.

YouTube Music Awards: The Winners List

Co-host Jason Schwartzman said it best at the beginning of the show, “there’s nothing scripted tonight — it’s about anything happening.”

While many people who watched the first annual YouTube Music Awards called it a hot mess at best, there were a few surprises of the evening including a new song from Lady Gaga after her new album had already been leaked as well as a lesser known act taking home the award for Video of the Year.

The show which was streamed through the video watching site since, you know it is their show, only garnered a total of 220,000 viewers, but that didn’t stop the awards from being given out to those that deserved it, according to fans that vote.
