Another Sunday night, another music award show has called it a day. The American Music Awards which was hosted by “Fireball” head honcho Pitbull gave us performances from some of the biggest names in music at the moment including Selena Gomez performing her new song “The Heart Wants What it Wants,” Taylor Swift opening with “Blank Space,” Fergie returning to the music world with “LA Love” and our personal favorites, 5 Seconds of Summer covering The Romantics’ hit “What I Like About You.”

Even a sewage leak couldn’t stop the stars from making their way onto the red carpet at the Golden Globes and into the actual award ceremony to get some statues.

The highly anticipated Golden Globes are now a thing of the past with funny ladies and hostesses of the evening, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler doing what they do best, make fun of people and things and still come off charming.
