Lana Del Rey Reveals Album Release Date

Could a new Lana Del Rey album be on the horizon?

If the footage capture by fans is true, then yes, her upcoming new album Ultraviolence, should be making its way to a store or iTunes near you soon enough. While out and about one evening, Del Rey fans spotted the singer and asked for a moment of her time.

She accepted their request and she even went so far as to sing Happy Birthday to Roger, a very lucky boy if we do say so ourselves. The person holding the camera, asked the songstress when the upcoming album would be available and she replied with “soon…May 1st.”

Del Rey has been in the studio working on the follow-up to 2012’s Paradise EP and just this past December revealed that the untitled project will in fact be titled, Ultraviolence. No comment yet from her or her people confirming that May 1st is the real release date, but who knows.
