A couple of weeks ago, the spin-off of Boy Meets World, Girl Meets World, premiered the first trailer for one of the most anticipated new shows of the Summer. Fans of the 90s classic and current viewers alike, were excited when the first trailer for the series was released which showed us Cory and Topanga Matthews all grown-up and acting like parents when their daughter, Riley, and her best friend, Maya, attempt to sneak out of the house.
Yesterday afternoon, not only did Disney Channel release a new trailer for the show, they also revealed the premiere date and time. For those who have a verified account with Disney Channel’s online viewing system, “Watch Disney Channel,” they could watch the pilot episode of the series as early as May 21 while those who do not have it, will have to wait for the series premiere on Friday, June 27 at 9:45 p.m. following the premiere of a new Disney Channel original movie (DCOM).
