While the trailers for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire have ended, lat night while appearing on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Liam Hemsworth took with him a 37-second-clip from the movie. In the scene his character, Gale Hawthorne and Jennifer Lawrence’s Katniss Everdeen discuss how it was never her intention to become the face of revolution; all she ever wanted to do was to protect her family and loved ones.
Of course, the powerful and dreary scene all happens after Leno asks Hemsworth about how it’s like to work with Lawrence on the set. Like most of her other co-stars, he explains how she doesn’t really have a filter, but the second they say action, she goes straight into character.
Check out the clip below and don’t forget (like you could) that The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is set to hit theater on November 22.
