Marianas Trench may have just wrapped up a massive North American tour, but don’t expect the Canadian group to take a break so soon. On Wednesday (May 18), the four-piece announced plans to hit the road once again this summer. “America, we’re back. Grab your sunscreen, super soaker, and speedo ‘cuz things are about to get HOT. The Marianas Trench SPF 80s tour is coming to a city near you this summer and David Hasselhoff says, ‘You definitely don’t want to miss it!'” the group wrote on their social media accounts.
The “SPF 80s” summer tour, will kick off on July 8 at the Diamond Ballroom in Oklahoma City and come to a close a little over a month later on Aug. 4 at the House of Blues in San Diego. Fans of the band will be given the chance to get pre-sale tickets for the upcoming shows beginning Thursday, May 19, at 10 am local time. Those wanting more of a VIP experience will also be given the chance to purchase those tickets beginning Thursday morning. General public sales will begin on Friday, May 20, at 10 am local time.
