Marilyn Manson Joins Billy Corgan on Stage at Soundwave

After 15 years, Billy Corgan and Marilyn Manson have buried the Courtney Love-influenced hatchet that had both musicians hating each other for quite sometime.

As their olive branch last year, Manson joined Corgan on stage during a Smashing Pumpkins gig in London to perform “Ava Adore,” from the Smashing Pumpkins’ fourth album, Adore.

Now, it looks like Manson and Corgan are really trying to rekindle their friendship with Manson, once again, joining Corgan on stage during Soundwave this past weekend in Sydney, Australia.

Check out the fanshot video featuring Corgan and Manson singing “Ava Adore” for the huge crowd at the festival.

But it seems like Corgan and Manson aren’t the only ones burying the lengthy hatchet. Courtney Love posted a picture on Instagram with both men claiming that they were burying the hatchet as well.

With all three artists’ busy schedule, it’s a shock that they had time to be hating on each other.

Corgan the rest of The Smashing Pumpkin released the second installment of their Teargarden by Kaleidyscope trilogy, Monuments To An Elegy, on Dec. 9.

Manson released his new album, The Pale Emperor on Jan. 20 and headed out on his “Hell Not Hallelujah” tour which wrapped up in February. He also guest-starred in the final season of Sons of Anarchy.

Love also had a guest starring role on Sons of Anarchy which led to a crappy interaction during the season premiere party which quickly made headlines. We guess their hatchet for that was also buried. Love most recently guest-starred on FOX’s hit drama, Empire, where she played a druggy singer on the verge of losing her record contract.

Soundwave Festival have just unveiled the line-up for the 2015 installation of the festival and it might just be one for the history books.

Earlier in the day, the Australian festival revealed that it will become a two-day festival with half the bands performing on one day and the other half on the second day in order to “minimize clashes, give bands longer set, better staging production [and] infrastructure” as well as “give fans better value for money and a less stressful day.”

FAITH No More, Soundgarden, Slipknot, Slash and Fall Out Boy are just some that are set to headline the festival. Also on the bill, former My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way, Incubus, Ministry, Judas Priest, Godsmack, Papa Roach, Fear Factory, New Found Glory, Area 7, Tonight Alive, Escape the Fate, Lagwagon, All Time Low, Of Mice and Men, Hollywood Undead, Atreyu, Godflesh, Crown the Empire and more were announced with reportedly more bands to be revealed in the near future.

Sadly, the show will not be making a pit stop in Perth due to bad ticket sales in that area.

Tickets for the two-day festival will cost $188, plus booking fees. Tickers will go on sale this Friday (August 22) to Soundwave members, while general ticket sales will begin on Friday, August 29.

Blink-182 Fan Gives Herself a Wedgie

Blink 182

Oh, the lengths people would go to see their favorite band.

Apparently this girl really wanted to see Blink-182 because at the Soundwave Festival in Melbourne (sans Travis Barker) because she tried to jump a pointy fence and kind of got stuck on it in a very embarrassing way.

According to the Youtube poster who put this video on the web, the fence clearly said it was a “No Climbing” zone, but apparently the girl was willing to put her “ass on the line” (too soon?) to see the band.

Cue all the jokes revolving around the Blink-182 album, Take Off Your Pants and Jacket.
