Watch The Struts rock out and party in ‘One Night Only’

The Struts have been making a name for themselves over the past couple of years for not only their sound, but their epic live shows. On Tuesday (Oct. 24), the United Kingdom-based band unleashed their music video for their current single, “One Night Only.” The over-four-minute-long clip features the band performing in what at first looks like a stage, illuminated by a slot of bright and colorful lights as the camera seems to be zoomed in on each of the guys.

About a minute and 15 seconds in, the scene changes. Instead of being all alone in on the stage, the “stage” area turns into what appear to be a club with a slew of people surrounding them. As the clip continues, the shots alternate between the guys drinking and partying with the people and performing.

The music video was directed by Ryan Hunter Phillips whose resume includes clips for major brands like Taco Bell and Gatorade as well as for Mother Monster herself, Lady Gaga. “One Night Only” is the lead single off The Struts upcoming sophomore album, though there has yet to be a formal title or release date announced. The new album will be the follow-up to the group’s breakthrough debut album, 2016’s Everybody Wants.

Back in March of 2017, the group released an EP titled Live and Unplugged. Live and Unplugged features acoustic versions of five of their songs including “Could Have Been Me,” “Kiss This,” “Put Your Money on Me,” and a cover of Drake’s “Hotline Bling.”

Currently, The Struts are on tour alongside another epic band, the Foo Fighters. The current tour will wrap up in mid-November. In between their stops with the Foo Fighters, The Struts also have a handful of solo shows. the list of upcoming tour dates can be seen below.
