Blink-182 have ‘No Future’ in new song

Another day, another Blink-182 song has been released to the public. With less than a week until the release of their highly-anticipated new album, California, the pop-punk trio is giving fans another new song from it. On Thursday (June 23), the group released the lyric video for a new song titled “No Future.” Out of all the new tunes that have been released, this one sounds the most old-school Blink-182. Listen to “No Future” below.

“No Future” will join previously released songs “Bored to Death,” “Rabbit Hole,” and “Built This Pool” on California, due out on July 1 through BMG. California is the highly-anticipated follow-up to 2011’s Neighborhoods and marks the first album not to feature Tom DeLonge. Those who pre-order California will get an instant download of “Bored to Death,” “Rabbit Hole,” and “No Future.”

In support of the new batch of songs, the group will hit the road this summer for their massive summer tour. Due to overwhelming demands in some locations, the band has added more dates to the tour. The summer routing can be seen here. A Day to Remember, DJ Spider, All Time Low, and The All-American Rejects will open the show with the latter two alternating show dates.

For those who are still debating whether or not you should go, good news, there’s a chance you may be able to go to the show for free. As part of a 13-year-old class-action lawsuit, Ticketmaster is offering vouchers for free shows to those who purchased tickets from the events giant between 1999-2013. All you need to do is check your email for the subject line: “Schlesinger v. Ticketmaster Class Action Settlement — Notice Regarding Discount and Ticket Codes.” Then, log in to your Ticketmaster account and click on the “Active Vouchers” link. But be warned, due to overwhelming demand, and Ticketmaster’s laziness, many shows aren’t available in some demographics.
