Whether you like Pitbull or not, we all have to admit that “Mr. Worldwide” is making it his mission to actually be known as Mr. Worldwide, for real (unlike now, when it’s just his self-proclaimed title).

The rapper has announced the line-up for his New Year’s Eve party which will air on FOX to help bring in 2015.

As always, Pitbull will return home to Miami to host Pitbull’s New Year’s Revolution which will broadcast live from the Thompson Hotel (formerly The Crown) in Miami Beach on Dec. 31.

As of now, the performers of the evening will include his tour mate and close friend Enrique Iglesias, Fifth Harmony, Becky G. and two bands that do not seem to fit the bill; The Band Perry and Fall Out Boy.

For those tuning in, the show will air live from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. with a one hour gap for the local news to air.

Then, the New Year’s Eve party will pick up once again at 11 p.m. for the celebration and wrap up at 12:30 a.m. well after the new year has begun. For those living in any other time zone, the show will be tape-delayed

Watch Fall Out Boy and Panic! at the Disco Bring in 2014

Welcome to day two of the brand new year and so far, it’s been on the quiet side. For those who missed all the performances leading up to the new year due to drunkenness or shooting off fireworks, we have a few of them right here for your viewing pleasure from two of our favorite bands, Fall Out Boy and Panic! at the Disco.

The first video come courtesy of Fall Out Boy. For the band, 2013 had to be one of the best years to date. they announced they were off hiatus, released a new album which was a complete hit, went on a tour that sold out at most if not all the tour stops and now they’re in the process of working on a short film via their music videos from Save Rock and Roll; it’s been named the Young Blood Chronicles. They also released a short EP titled the Pax Am Days a couple of months back.

Like we said, killer year.

Watch as they perform “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light ‘Em Up),” “Alone Together.” and “Young Volcanoes” on Dick Clark’s Rocking New Years Eve.

On another channel, we had Fall Out Boy’s former tour mates, Panic! at the Disco hanging out with Mario Lopez and others to countdown until the new year. Panic! were another band to have a good year as well. After drummer, Spencer Smith announced he was heading into rehab, things just got a lot better for the band.

They announced and released their new album, Too Young to Live, Too Rare to Die, toured with Fall Out Boy, and announced they would be heading out on tour in 2014. There was also that awesome honor that frontman, Brendon Urie got when he performed for Billy Joel this past weekend.

Watch as the band brought in the new year with performances of “Miss Jackson” and “This is Gospel.”

What to Watch on New Years Eve

Tonight at 12:01, we say goodbye to the year that was 2013 and hello to the blank page that is 2014.

While some of your friends and family might be hitting the party circuit to bring in the new year, some of us are going to take our annual spot on the couch and watch the ball drop on our televisions.

Since we’ll be staying in, take a look at some of the live events that will be playing on the telly with music, of course to bring in the new year.

NBC: New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly (From Time Square in New York)

This will mark the ninth time tat Daly has held down the fort as the host of the event. Co-hosted b Glee’s Jane Lynch and performances by Mariah Carey and Blake Shelton. Also making appearances at the event will be actor-comedians, Natasha Leggero and Anthony Anderson. After a half an hour break for the local news, the party continues with Daly and Lynch.

ABC: Dick Clark’s Primetime New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2014 (from Time Square in New York)

Taking over for the dearly departed Dick Clark, Ryan Seacrest will once again host the iconic countdown. This year, The View’s Jenny McCarthy is back to co-host the event. Performances include Jennifer Hudson, Miley Cyrus, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Icona Pop, Robin Thicke and more. After a half an hour break for the local news, the party continues with Billy Joel singing us into 2014.

FOX: New Year’s Eve Live (from the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada)

Unlike its many counterparts, Mario Lopez will host his way into 2014 in the shortest of the celebrations; just one hours. In that one hour though, the show will include performance from J. Cole, New Politics, Krewella and Panic! At the Disco.

CNN: New Year’s Eve With Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin

If sexual innuendos and laughing at crude things is your cup of tea, Kathy Griffin is back co-hosting with Anderson Cooper for the seventh year. While every year seems to out do the other in trying to embarrass our favorite Silver Fox, Cooper has definitely learned to deal with Griffin and her antic. But, it’s still fun to see her try.
