Set It Off’s upcoming North American tour just got a whole lot better. On Monday (Dec. 17), the Florida-founded band announced the addition of two bands to their early 2019 tour. Australian pop punk band With Confidence and California quartet Super Whatevr will hit the road with Set It Off during the months of February and March.
Taking to Twitter, Set It Off made their official announcement: “We’re thrilled to announce that With Confidence and Super Whatevr will be joining us for The Midnight World Tour in North America!”
Titled the Midnight world tour — after their upcoming new album — the North American trek will find the bands performing in cities like Portland, Salt Lake City, Denver, Chicago, Toronto, Baltimore, Atlanta, and more. The tour will begin on Feb. 15 at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas and conclude a month and a half later on March 24 at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco, CA.
The tour is in support of Set It Off’s upcoming fourth studio album. Midnight is due out Feb. 1 through Fearless Records. The upcoming studio effort is the band’s first release via Fearless which they signed to earlier this year. Pre-orders for the album are currently available on the band’s website.
Back in July, several months before confirming the new album, the quartet released a song titled “Killer in the Mirror.” At the time, fans believed the song was a one-off single, but as it turns out, the track is the album’s opening song.
The band is also giving fans the opportunity to select which of the two new songs will get the music video treatment. All fans need to do is follow the instructions here.
