Stream Copeland’s Comeback Album

Copeland might have called it a day over six years ago, but when they announced that they would be reuniting and releasing a new album earlier this year, fans of the band we’re beyond stoked for it and now, they can stream the full album a week ahead of its release date.

While other artists are currently complaining about not making millions from Spotify, the Florida band have decided to give fans the treat of hearing their comeback record from the streaming site. Just last week, they had release a song from Ixora, but now, we get the full record.

Check out the full stream below which will be officially available on Nov. 24.

Ixora marks the band’s return to the music world after splitting up in 2008. The new album not only marks their return, it also happens to be their fifth studio album, produced and recorded by singer Aaron Marsh in his own studio in the group’s hometown of Lakeland, FL.

Copeland Announce Reunion, New Album Later This Year

Fans of Copeland have something to be grateful about this April Fools Day; the band have confirmed that they are reuniting.

Considering that today is the one day where you have to be complete skeptical about everything, fans of the group who had done their “farewell tour” back in 2010, were a little confused whether to believe this or not.

Copeland had taken to their official website to reveal that the news was not a prank and was in fact true. To show how true the reunion is, they even revealed that a new album will be coming out late this year even though they are in the final stages of the record being complete. As if a reunion and new album wasn’t enough, they’ve already started sharing some of their new music with a track titled, “Ordinary” which can be heard below.

Read the Copeland’s statement about the good news here:

“Below you’ll find various bundles with music, apparel, and collectibles. ALL of the physical items in the pre-order will be limited-run items (including “SPECIAL EDITION” and “DELUXE IXORA TWIN” CDs). That means when the pre-orders have sold out, they won’t be offered again.

For the first time in our career, we are making a record as an independent band. These pre-orders are essentially funding the project. The encouraging messages and requests for a new album never stopped after our farewell tour in 2010. We are extremely honored by this and hope you love what we create.
Thank you in advance for your continued support.

Aaron, Bryan, Jonathan, Stephen”

Ixora is the band’s first new album in six years and the first time they have been present on the music scene since that Farewell Tour from 2010 that had been talked about above. So far, no tour dates or additional information has been given, but considering all the good news coming, a tour should not be too far behind.
