In This Moment to embark on a masquerade-themed tour in the fall

Time to find the best masquerade outfits you can afford because In This Moment are taking their Halloween extravaganza on the road later this year. On Monday (June 17), the California-founded band unveiled a massive tour itinerary for the fall months.

Dubbed the “Mother’s House of Horror” tour, the “traveling All Hallows Eve masquerade” will find the group performing at venues across North America throughout September and October.

The 31-stop Halloween celebration will include shows in Charlotte, Houston, Dallas, Orlando, Louisville, St. Louis, Cleveland, Toronto, New Haven, Philadelphia, and more. The excursion will kick off on Sept. 4 at the Ritz in Raleigh and conclude a month and a half later on Oct. 22 at the Paramount in Huntington, New York.

Motionless in White, New Years Day, and DED will join In This Moment on the upcoming outing. As if several horror-inspired bands taking the stage weren’t enough, In This Moment also announced that circus sideshow revue Hellzapoppin and rock and roll burlesque troupe Little Miss Nasty will also perform during the shows.

When In this Moment said it was an all Hallows Eve party, they weren’t kidding.

The tour is in support of the group’s upcoming studio album Mother. The record has a tentative release time frame of summer 2019, though it’s been rumored that the record will probably see an August release date.

Ghost, System of a Down, the Prodigy lead 2019 Chicago Open Air

Halestorm, In this Moment, New Years Day, and Stitched Up Heart are about to take girl power out on the road for a massive tour this spring. On Tuesday (Feb. 20), the female-fronted bands announced a joint tour that will find all four acts performing across the United States. The upcoming tour which is simply going by “Halestorm, In this Moment, New Years Day, Stitched Up Heart: Live in Concert” will kick off on April 30 at the White Oak Music Hall in Houston. After spending a couple of weeks on the road, the excursion will wrap up on May 15 at the Delatplex in Grand Rapids. According to the band, additional dates will be added to the tour.

“We’ve been wanting to put together a tour like this for a long time,” begins Halestorm frontwoman Lzzy Hale in a press statement. “We are a few of the hardest working women in rock, so the fact that we are all on the same stage every night is something not to be missed! We support and love each other, and we are representing our genre. This lineup is a beautiful display of what it means to be a strong female example for rock fans everywhere.”

“I am very excited about being a part of such an empowering, divine, female-fronted tour,” echoes frontwoman Maria Brink. “It is very rare in rock music to have a movement like this and the timing couldn’t be more perfect. Lzzy and I are already discussing the possibility of more tours like this in the future. Let the Amazons rise!”

New Years Day frontwoman Ash Costello added, “I am beyond thrilled to be sharing the stage with such strong women. Having toured with both Halestorm and In This Moment already, they are such powerful forces, it’s just incredible to be a part of every night. I’m very excited for an all female fronted tour, because in all my years of touring, this is the very first time I’ll have been a part of one. I can’t wait to walk on stage and feel the support of a crowd that is there to witness women of rock slay for an entire evening. What an evening it will be! You won’t want to miss this tour, I can promise you that.”

“This is our dream lineup,” said Stitched Up Heart frontwoman Mixi. “Every single band on this bill is a huge inspiration to us and unbelievably talented. We are beyond excited for this run!”
