Linkin Park Debut “Guilty All the Same”

During the press conference announcing that Linkin Park will be heading out on “The Carnivores Tour” with 30 Seconds to Mars and AFI, Chester Bennington and Mike Shinoda revealed that there would be something coming to fans this Thursday. The duo admitted that fans could already guess what it was when the official trailer for the tour revealed new music from the band.

Just like they had said, the band dropped a new track today titled, “Guilty All the Same” which features New York rapper Rakim. The audio, which can be heard below, takes things back to the days when the rock-rap group used to be more aggressive with their sound which should please longtime fans that felt robbed with their newer sound.

The song is currently being streamed over at Shazam. All you have to do is tag a song, any song, and you can unlock the new track.

“Guilty All the Same” is the band’s lead single from their upcoming sixth studio album which is set to be released this Summer. The album is still untitled, but Shinoda playing around on Twitter said that it might be titled The Hunting Party.

Very fitting when you consider the name of the upcoming tour.
