Marvel’s latest Avengers spot finds Captain America telling everyone to ‘look after each other’

“You know your teams. You know your missions. No mistakes. No do-overs.”

That’s the voice of Captain America stating exactly what Avengers fans have been thinking since that cliffhanger-ending during last year’s “Avengers: Infinity War.” Now, the group is somewhat back together —at least the original six with some new additions— and ready to take on that annoying purple grape named Thanos.

On Thursday (April 11), just two weeks shy of the much-anticipated premiere of “Avengers: Endgame,” the House of Mouse treated fans to another short snippet from the upcoming flick. Though we don’t really see much in the 30-second video, we do get some brand new footage which is always great, especially with all the fan theories and supposed leaks going around.

The spot features some previously unveiled footage like the team in the Avengers facility about to head out on a mission, Thor and Captain Marvel interacting for the first time, and the group inside of a ship though we’re not sure to who it belongs.

The new piece of footage Marvel blessed fans with includes the team dressed in the red and white Quantum Realm suits which a lot of commenters were (probably still are) not happy about. Dressed in the suits which Marvel Studios head-honcho Kevin Feige has dubbed the Team suits (we prefer Quantum Realm suits, sorry Feige), the team comes together for what looks like their final mission. We watch as Rocket and Scott Lang interact, making us hope they’re on the same team.

We also see the group on that previously-mentioned ship as it heads into hyper-speed. This may be the moment they head back in time to right all those wrongs. The new footage also includes Hawk-Eye and a miniaturized Ant-Man running away from an explosion while Rocket and War Machine get blown back by another explosion.

Captain Marvel brings the snark in latest ‘Avengers: Endgame’ sneak peek

One of the biggest questions that came after “Captain Marvel” flew into theaters was “where the heck has Carol Danvers been since 1995?” Well, it looks like Marvel Cinematic Universe fans finally got their answer, even though it’s what we’ve been speculating for weeks now.

On Monday (April 8), the original six Avengers made their way to Good Morning America as part of their massive press tour in support of the Infinity Series’ final installment.

The one-minute clip finds Natasha Romanoff, Bruce Banner, Carol Danvers, James “Rhodey” Rhodes, and Thor inside of a room. Natasha is looking at a holographic image of the universe when she realizes that Thanos used the Infinity Stones again (even after the gauntlet short-circuited and burned at the end of “Infinity War”).

While the group discusses what they should do with this new piece of information, Carol simply responds with “So let’s go get him.”

Bruce, as usual, takes the logical standpoint. He questions whether it is the best option because that outcome may just be the same as before; defeat.

Carol answers with a simple, but cocky response: “Because you didn’t have me.”

Well, she’s right. Fury did name the team after her, so why not?

Of course, when Rhodey responds and questions Carol and her whereabouts over the last decades, she gives him a classy, snarky, passive-aggressive answer:

“There are a lot of other planets in the universe. And unfortunately, they did not have you guys.”

Burn.

The Avengers reunite in latest ‘Avengers: Endgame’ teaser (Watch)

If you’re part of the unfortunate group of Avengers fans trying to get tickets to the Marvel phase three closer, then you’re not alone. As if Marvel knew that the Avenpocalypse would happen, they decided to treat fans to a brand new special look at the upcoming film. On Tuesday (April 2), the masterminds behind the iconic franchise released a new, minute-long look at “Avengers: Endgame.”

The trailer finds the original six Avengers, and their newly added teammates, reunited at the Avengers facilities; the first time since their blowout in “Captain America: Civil War.” As the clip continues, we watch Tony Stark finally reunite with Pepper Potts in an emotional hug. This, of course, comes after we watched him record that heart-wrenching message during the first official trailer for the flick.

After several films and a massive defeat in “Avengers: Infinity War,” we finally get what we’ve been waiting for; Steve Rogers and Tony Stark reconciling.

“You trust me?” Tony asks Steve.

“I do,” Steve responds.

With a simple handshake that probably resulted in the shedding of several tears, the Avengers are once again a team.

The reunion is short-lived when Thanos reappears dressed in his battle armor while the main three —Tony, Steve, and Thor— come face to face with the mad Titan on what looks to be Titan for round two.

“You could not live with your own failure. What did that bring you? Back to me,” the purple grape gloats.

Chills.

Watch the Avengers do ‘whatever it takes’ in the latest trailer

“Whatever it takes.”

That’s exactly what it looks like Earth’s mightiest heroes are going to do to bring back their dead friends and take down Thanos. On Thursday (March 14), just a few days after “Captain Marvel” took over the box office, the second official trailer for “Avengers: Endgame” was released to an unsuspecting public.

The two-and-a-half-minute clip begins with each main member of the team reminiscing about their beginnings and what led them to their current situation. Tony Stark, who is still in space, talks about the cave that eventually led him to become Iron Man and how that made him realize how much he cared for Pepper Potts.

Steve Rogers, who is currently isolated at the Avengers facility, looks back at himself pre-serum wanting to enroll in the Army so badly to save lives. Unlike Tony, the voice-over is not done by Steve, but by his long-lost love Peggy Carter. The scenes move onto “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” where he’s a pallbearer at Peggy’s funeral, tears falling down his face.

Clint Barton, who was missing through “Avengers: Infinity War,” is the next to be seen. The viewer watches as he teaches a girl, probably his now-teenaged daughter, how to shoot an arrow. The following scene features him sporting a new wardrobe, and hairstyle, as Ronin. That’s where Natasha Romanoff finds him; in what appears to be Japan.

For Thor, things go back to his first solo film when Asgard was still flourishing, his people were safe, and his father was still alive.

That’s when things start to take a turn for the worse when the images from the end of “Infinity War” begin to play.

“I saw all these people die,” the Asgardian king says in his voice-over as the viewer watches all the other Avengers turn to dust.

The last minute of the teaser includes new footage from the upcoming film including a better look at Scott Lang in both full and ant-size, Black Widow back to her signature red hair and training, Rocket Raccoon teaming up with War Machine, Nebula on the attack, and an amazing scene of the entire team back together dressed in the Quantum Realm suits that were teased late last year.

Because like they said, to take down Thanos, they’re going to have to do “whatever it takes.”

Watch: First ‘Avengers: Endgame’ trailer rocks the internet

“Part of the journey is the end.”

If that Tony Stark line does not describe what fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe are about to experience with the “Avengers: Endgame,” then we’re not sure what will.

On Friday (Dec. 7), Marvel Studios finally showed mercy for their heartbroken fans by unleashing the first trailer for the upcoming final installment of their current Marvel Cinematic Universe phase.

The two-and-a-half-minute clip begins with Tony, now stuck on Thanos’ ship, drifting in space with no food, no water, and very little oxygen. Instead of harping on what he doesn’t have, he decides to record a final message for his fiancée, Pepper Potts whose fate on Earth is still unknown. His message to Pepper becomes the voice-over for the first minute of the clip.

Once the Marvel Studios logo turns to dust, like much of the group, things don’t get any better for the viewer as we see Thanos’ armor, displayed for all to see; proof that the decimation was in fact a success.

As the trailer continues, we witness the heartbreaking aftereffects of the snap as each of the surviving Avengers —Thor, Black Widow/Natasha Romanoff, Nebula, Bruce Banner/Hulk, and a broken Captain America/Steve Rogers with tears in his eyes—deal with it on their own.

While Steve and Natasha are discussing how Thanos wiped out half of the universe, Thor is in a cell obviously shell-shocked by everything he’s endured in a span of a couple of days while Bruce is in a room looking at those who are missing or presumed dead.

The biggest shock from that screen is the fact that Wakandan princess and super-genius Shuri was reported missing or dead. This contradicts what Shuri herself Letitia Wright has said in the past.

Another surprise from the trailer is the long-awaited inclusion of Hawkeye/Clint Barton. Clint, who hasn’t been seen since “Captain America: Civil War,” was noticeably missing from “Infinity War,” sparking a lot of questions and memes. Clint’s appearance has noticeably changed as he’s decked in a new outfit with a new weapon and the most heartbreaking look on his face (is he Ronin?). We can maybe assume that his family became victims of the Decimation.

The “Avengers: Endgame” trailer comes months after speculations began over what the final installment would be named. At first, it was believed to be “Endgame,” a direct reference to what Doctor Stephen Strange uttered in “Infinity War.” Then, it was believed that it would be dubbed “Annihilation.” Thankfully, the Russo Brothers went with “Endgame.”

“Avengers: Endgame” will blow into theaters on April 26, 2019.
