Charli XCX and Christine and the Queens cover the 1975 during BBC Live Lounge gig

Charli XCX and Christine and the Queens are taking their partnership one step further.

On Thursday (Sept. 5), the duo joined forces for a performance on BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge. During their stint, the musicians played their recent collaboration “Gone” as well as a cover of the 1975’s “TOOTIMETOOTIMETOOTIME.”

The full performance can be streamed here, but if you’re more interested in the 1975 cover, fast-forward the audio to the nine-minute mark.

“Gone” is featured on Charli’s upcoming third full-length record. Charli is due out Sept. 13 through Atlantic Records. Pre-orders for the album are available here.

“Gone” joins a slew of previously released tracks including “1999” with Troye Sivan, “Warm” with HAIM, “Blame It on Your Love” with Lizzo, and “Cross You Out” with Sky Ferreira.

“TOOTIMETOOTIMETOOTIME” is featured on the 1975’s critically-loved album A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships. Last month, the British band unleashed “People,” the first single off A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships’ sister album, Notes on a Conditional Form.

In support of the impending release, Charli previously announced plans to embark on a massive fall tour. The Charli LIVE North American outing begins Sept. 20 at the Buckhead Theatre in Atlanta and concludes a month later on Oct. 22 at Terminal 5 in New York.

At the time of publication, a handful of shows were classified as sold out. Those gigs include Emo’s in Austin on Sept. 24, Showbox Market in Seattle on Oct. 4, the House of Blues in Chicago on Oct. 12, the 9:30 Club in Washington D.C. on Oct. 18, Union Transfer in Philadelphia on Oct. 19, and her final tour stop at Terminal 5 in New York on Oct. 22.

Tommy Genesis, Brooke Candy, Dorian Electra, and Allie X will support Charli on select dates.
