Carly Rae Jepsen admits she’s ‘Too Much’ in her new single

This time next week, Carly Rae Jepsen’s long-awaited new album will be playing from the speakers of her dedicated fans’ phones. With such a short time left before the new album’s release, it’s not surprising that Jepsen decided to release one last taster track. On Friday (May 10), the Canadian pop star unleashed her fifth single from Dedicated.

Titled “Too Much,” the song’s lyric chronicle how the musician goes up and beyond when she does things like drinking, thinking, dancing, and more just so she can feel some sort of rush. True to her unashamed poppy style, the song features minimal electronics but a whole lot of emotion.
