Incubus announce massive ’20 Years of Make Yourself and Beyond’ fall tour

You may not be able to meet Incubus in outer space, but you can totally get the chance to see them live this fall when they head out on the road for their extensive fall tour. On Monday (May 6), the California-founded band unveiled a lengthy tour itinerary to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their third studio album, Make Yourself.

Dubbed the 20 Years of Make Yourself and Beyond tour, the trek will find the band performing at venues across the continent throughout September, October, November, and December. The 39-stop outing includes gigs in major cities such as San Francisco, Seattle, New York, Toronto, Chicago, Detroit, Cincinnati, Austin, Atlanta, and more.

The excursion kicks off on Sept. 13 at the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver and concludes almost three months later on Dec. 7 at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach. Dub Trio, Wild Belle, and Le Butcherettes will open for Incubus throughout the long jaunt.

Make Yourself was such a pivotal moment in our band and we are beyond excited to reintroduce this album to our audience while also showcasing the many musical roads it ultimately led us down,” frontman Brandon Boyd said in a press statement.

Pre-sales begin this Wednesday, May 8, at 10 a.m. local time. General ticket sales start this Friday, May 10, at 10 a.m. local time.

The band has not confirmed whether they will play the album in full or if their setlist will consist of songs from their lengthy discography.

Make Yourself was released in October 1999 and features some of Incubus’ biggest hits such as “Stellar,” “Pardon Me,” and “Drive.” While all three songs reached the top three spots on Billboard’s Alternative Songs chart, “Drive” is the act’s only song to appear on the Billboard Hot 100 chart where it peaked at number nine.
