COIN to embark on early 2019 North American tour

COIN just announced plans to hit the road in early 2019. On Tuesday (Nov, 27), the Tennessee-founded band revealed a short tour itinerary that will find them performing at venues across the continent during the months of February and March. The upcoming headlining tour will include stops in Washington D.C., New York City, Boston, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, and more.

The impending excursion will begin on Feb. 5 at the Beacham Theater in Orlando and conclude a month later on March 1 at the Wiltern in Los Angeles.

Pre-sales for the tour begin this Thursday, Nov. 29, at 10 a.m. local time. The pre-sale is in partnership with DoStuff and will close at 10 p.m. local time. To obtain pre-sale tickets, all you need to do is go here and enter the code word SIMPLIFY. As part of the partnership fans can also sign up to win tickets to select shows.

General ticket sales will begin this Friday, Nov. 30, at 10 a.m. local time.

The upcoming tour will be in support of COIN’s upcoming third studio album. Though no release date or title has been given, the record will reportedly see a release time frame of 2019 through Columbia Records.

The trio has already given fans a taste of the new album with the release of two songs; “Simple Romance” (can be seen above) and “Cemetery.” Both tracks were produced by Foster the People’s Mark Foster and Isom Innis.

The soon-to-be-released album is the follow-up to the group’s sophomore release, 2017’s How Will You Know If You Never Try.
