The guys of Panic! at the Disco are not exactly strangers to covering other artists’ songs. One of their most famous cover, one that they perform every show, ended up being used for the Suicide Squad soundtrack. On Monday (Nov. 21), the group stopped by BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge where they covered The Weeknd and Daft Punk’s recent collaboration, “Starboy.” As if covering the infectious Top 20 hit wasn’t enough, the Las Vegas-founded group decided to cover another artist; Rihanna. Check out the “Starboy” cover below while the Rihanna cover can be seen here.
Panic! at the Disco is currently wrapping up the remaining dates of the European leg of the “Death of a Bachelor” tour. Following a couple of shows in Australia and New Zealand in the new year, the band will return to North America for the North American leg of the tour. The trek will kick off on Feb. 24, 2017 at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT and wrap up almost two months later on April 15, 2017 at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, FL. Saint Motel and MisterWives will open for Panic! at the Disco during the excursion. The complete list of North American stops for the “Death of a Bachelor” tour can be found here.
The “Death of a Bachelor” tour is in support of Panic! at the Disco’s recently released record, Death of a Bachelor. This past summer, the group, alongside Weezer and Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness, invaded the North American tour circuit for their massive summer.
