It’s been a few weeks since Motionless in White released their new song, “570.” At the time, the new album speculation hit an all time high with frontman Chris Motionless confirming the pending release of a brand new album from the band. On Wednesday (July 13), the Pennsylvania-based group unleashed the official music video for the new track.
The four-and-a-half minute video mostly features footage of the band in the middle of what appears to be a mosh pit of fans. In between shots of the mosh pit clips, there are also clips of them performing sans their fans. Watch the video for “570” below.
“570” will reportedly be featured on Motionless in White’s upcoming new album. The record still does not have a name or projected release date.
When “570” was first released, Motionless was quoted as saying that the group’s fourth studio album would see a fall 2016 release date. A few weeks after the chat, the vocalist sat down with Alternative Press to clarify his statement and reveal that there still was no actual release date.
“I was very over-anxious in that…at that time we were planning for a fall release,” the signer admits. “It’s generally, like, where the schedule has fallen with every other album we have put out, but we knew that a lot of things were going to be happening with record label adjustments and all these sort of things that were going on with the band.”
Instead, he advises fans to keep an eye open around early 2017, because that’s when the new album might see the light of day. Watch Motionless’ complete interview here. The new video and new song couldn’t come at a better time. After jumping off the Vans Warped Tour, they will take some time off, just to head back on tour with Korn and Breaking Benjamin for the “Nocturnal Underground” tour. those dates can be found here.
