While most of us were getting ready to bring in the new year, Panic! at the Disco were giving their fans something exciting to start 2016 with. On Thursday evening (Dec. 31), the Las Vegas band released another new song from their impending new record, Death of a Bachelor. While the band was hitting the stage on NBC’s Jane Lynch-hosted Game Night, the new track, “Don’t Threaten Me with a Good Time,” was making its debut on the internet. Cue the screams of the Panic! at the Disco fan base.

“Don’t Threaten Me with a Good Time” is the sixth song to be released from the upcoming new album. Previously, the band has premiered “Victorious,” “Hallelujah,” “Emperor’s New Clothes,” “LA Devotee,” and the record’s title track, “Death of a Bachelor.” The band’s fifth studio album is set to hit shelves on Jan. 15 through DCD2/Fueled By Ramen. Death of a Bachelor is the follow-up to 2013’s Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die.
In addition to the new song, the band has also teased that there is a lot of good things coming in 2016. Taking to Twitter before the new song was officially released, the band wrote, “2015 was amazing, but what we have lined up for 2016 is going to blow your minds!!” We can’t wait to have our mins blown, especially if it means that there’s a new tour on the horizon.
