The 1975 Unveil Spring 2016 Tour Dates

With the release of their new album just a few months away, The 1975 have unveiled the tour dates for their upcoming 2016 North American tour in support of the new record. On Thursday (Dec. 3), the band announced a 20-date tour which will visit several North American cities. The tour will kick off on April 18, 2016 at the Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles and wrap up over a month later on May 25 at Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul, MN.

The tour will be in support of the group’s highly anticipated sophomore album, I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It. Check out the complete list of upcoming tour dates, which even includes a stop in our hometown of Miami on May 11, below.

I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It is scheduled to be released on Feb. 26 through Dirty Hit/Polydor Records. The upcoming release is the follow-up to the British act’s 2013 self-titled.

Currently, the four-piece is getting ready to embark on a short United States tour. The excursion is set to kick off this Friday (Dec. 4) at Terminal 5 in New York. The short trek will them wrap up on Dec. 19 at the Roseland Theater in Portland, OR. The complete list of that tour can be found here.
