With a week left until the release of their new album, Coldplay are giving fans a little bit of something to hold them through the holiday season and into next week. On Tuesday (Nov. 24), the band began to post what appeared to be snippets of new songs on photo-sharing social media site, Instagram. Along with the short audio, they also tagged the track number, the official title of the track, the name of the album, the band’s name, and “ten days until AHFOD.”
It appears as if the band will continue this trend of posting snippets for the rest of the night, though if the pattern continues, it will happen every hour, on the hour. In that case we might have to continue updating this throughout the day. Until then, check out the already posted snippets below.
“A Head Full of Dreams”
“Birds”
“Hymn for the Weekend” feat. Beyoncé
“Everglow” (according to the Wall Street Journal, this is the song that will feature vocals by Paltrow)
“Fun” feat. Tove Lo
“Kaleidoscope” feat. President Obama
A Head Full of Dreams is Coldplay’s seventh studio record. The album which was previously teased to be their final, is set to be released next, Friday, Dec. 4.
