5 Seconds of Summer Announce “Sounds Live Feels Live Tour”

With the release of their sophomore album just a week away, 5 Seconds of Summer have decided to treat fans to a lot of good news to jumpstart the weekend.

On Friday afternoon, the Australian band not only released the music video for their latest single, “Hey Everybody,” but they also unveiled their list of tour dates for the upcoming new year. Earlier this month, the four-piece had revealed they would be hitting the road in 2016 in support of their impending new record, Sounds Good Feels Good. At the time of the announcement, the only dates confirmed were those in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Now, the group has confirmed the complete itinerary for the North America leg of the tour. The “Sounds Live Feels Live Tour” will begin on July 1 at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT. For two and a half months, the band will perform at a slew of US cities as well as two Canadian towns, playing shows for their dedicated fan base. The tour will then wrap up on Sept. 18 at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Houston, TX.  The complete list of tour dates can be seen below as well as the music video for “Hey Everybody” which features the boys stuck in dead-end jobs wondering what it would be like to be rich and not have to worry about money.
