With a few days until they are slated to hit the stage at this year’s Reading and Leeds Festival in the United Kingdom, Bring Me the Horizon has released yet another new song from their impending new record.
The new song is titled “True Friends” and unlike many of their previous tracks, this one finds frontman Oli Sykes relying on his pretty impressive clean vocals as he sings about how “true friends stab you in the front.”
Listen to “True Friends” below.
“True Friends” will join previously released “Happy Song” and “Throne” on Bring Me the Horizon’s fifth studio album, That’s the Spirit. That’s the Spirit is set to be released on Sept. 11 through Columbia Records, domestically, and through RCA, globally. This record marks the first time BMTH will be releasing new music through a new record label. Earlier this summer, they announced that had left Epitaph Records for Columbia.
In support of the new album, BMTH will be hitting the road with Issues beginning on Oct. 1 at the Hard Rock in Orlando. The complete list of upcoming tour dates can be seen here.
