Just as the dust was starting to settle on the major publicity stunt The 1975 pulled on fans and casual listeners alike last month, the English rock band are back with some more news, though it’s not as dramatic as the previous unveiling.
Taking to their newly reactivate and redesigned social media pages, frontman Matt Healy revealed the band will be coming to the United States for a short tour.
The short tour will begin on December 4 (right after they wrap up their United Kingdom tour) at New York City’s Terminal 5 and wrap up a couple of weeks later on December 19 at the Roseland Theater in Portland, OR.

While these U.S. tour dates are nice, we are pretty sure that the rock band’s fans are still waiting for them to officially announce a release date for that highly anticipated they’ve been hinting at for what feels like forever.
