When the Blink-182 drama began last week, everyone was so flabbergasted by the feud between the three bandmates that some forgot they had been attempting to record a brand new record; something that contributed to the inevitable inner band turmoil.
As more information from the feud was made public, it was revealed that each member had been recording their own music at their own studios for this new Blink album. The he said/ they said got so bad last week that we began to wonder if any of the songs would see the light of day.
Turns out, the answer was yes.
During the weekend, Tom DeLonge took to his Instagram to upload two snippets of a song. Both short videos were tagged #SongsWithoutAHome and #March1. When asked by a fan if the tracks the snippet was taken from was a Blink song, DeLonge responded by posting an emoji of hands clapping; not a complete confirmation, but we took it.
Check out the Instagram snippets below.
As of now, we’re going to take a shot in the dark and assume that the full song will make its debut on March 1.
