Game of Thrones season five won’t premiere anytime soon, but HBO knows that it’s never too early to start teasing fans for the upcoming season.
Today, the first teaser for the hit television series based off of George R. R. Martin’s series was uploaded on the web through the series’ new website especially made for the new season.
Check out the ten second teaser below which features the narrator saying “I see darkness in you” as we see Arya Stark showing off her swordplay against thieves and her silhouette running through the forest.
The teaser was exclusively given to fans earlier in the day who joined the new website for season five of the show. The website, fittingly named the Three Eyed Raven allows users to sign up to receive Twitter direct messages and/or text messages for updates on the new season.
Like it was revealed earlier this month, the show will be down two characters; Bran Stark and Hordor. The people behind the series revealed that at present time, the show has gotten as far as they could with their story (more like that’s as far as Martin has written for them in the books).
While no official premiere date has been given for Game of Thrones, we all know it tends to come back around the Springtime.
