Big news reportedly will be coming our way on Monday on behalf of the Foo Fighters, but it looks like the band might have decided to be nice today and offer us a little teaser.
In honor of August 8th (08/08), the Foo Fighters have released an eight second clip of a new song which features frontman, Dave Grohl screaming “All Rise!”
Of course, we should note the theme of eight with an eight second teaser from their eighth studio album being released on 08/08. There are also those eight new songs that they recorded in eight cities which will be featured on their eight-episode special for HBO, Sonic Highways. And then, that internet scavenger hunt from earlier this week which included images from the cities they visited as well as the number, you guessed it, eight.
We’re going to take a shot in the dark and think that the number eight will have a more important role than just a so-called coincidence for the yet-to-be-titled album.
