Wovenwar to Officially Head Out on Tour

Following a very long trial which ended up with their former frontman getting six years in prison for attempting to hire a hitman to kill his wife, the remaining members of As I Laying Dying and Oh, Sleeper singer Shane Blay’s new band, Wovenwar, have announced plans to hit the road.

Along with the announcement, they revealed who will be hitting the road with them: Black Label Society.

Looking at the official flyer from the tour with all the dates, it looks like it is more a Black Label Society tour featuring Wovenwar, but same difference, we assume. The tour is slated to begin on July 17 in Cincinnati at Bogart’s and will hit up several North American cities before wrapping up on August 4 in Albuquerque at the Sunshine Theater.

As of now, Wovenwar have only released the video for the lead single from their upcoming debut album, “All Rise” and the album is set to be released sometime this Summer through Metal Blade Records.
