After months of revealing who will be taking the stage at the annual Reading and Leeds festival in the United Kingdom, festival organizers have revealed who will be the headlining acts for this year’s event. Taking the role of headliners will be Paramore who at that time will be fresh off their “MONUMENTOUR” with Fall Out Boy and Queens of the Stone Age. Also added to the long list of performers for the weekend will be Basement, Jimmy Eat World and just a couple of more.
The announcement was made during The Zane Lowe show where the BBC Radio 1 DJ was given the honor of unveiling the new artist. Just last month it was announced that The Arctic Monkeys and blink-182 would be taking the stage at the annual event as well as Of Mice & Men!, Jake Bugg, Disclosure, Metronomy, Wilkinson, I Am Legion, Warpaint with Pusha T, Royal Blood, The 1975, SBTRKT, You Me At Six, The Courteeners, Netsky, Krept & Konan, Issues, Hozier, Architects and Annie Mac.
The full line-up can be seen on the official flyer below as well as when exactly each act is scheduled to perform.
Reading and Leeds, like the flyer says, is set to take place during the weekend of August 22 through the 24. For more information about the show or line-up, you can head on over to their website.
