Wu-Tang Clan Announce New Album

Last year, when Wu-Tang Clan leader, RZA was asked by The New York Times if there was a possibility of the group getting back together in the near future, he hinted at possibility of such a thing happening. “There’s one last job Wu-Tang clan must do,” he told NYT. “The 20th anniversary [of Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)] is next year. And we need to, one time, completely, efficiently, properly represent our brand.”

Turns out, that it wasn’t just a hint, the group have finally decided to come together to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut. First thing first, they will be releasing a new album sometime in July called, A Better Tomorrow. Just when fans of the group didn’t think things could get better, they will be heading out on a brief tour. According to a press release given in the UK the tour will feature “all living members from the influential group performing on stage together.”

With time off and away from the group brings knowledge, at least for RZA. “This time, [we need to be] on time for press and for concerts and studio,” he also told The New York Times. “I think we could give the world one more record, maybe.”

Maybe could definitely be turning into a heck yeah in the future, we’ll just have to wait and see.
